All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup of the completed pack. Because packs are custom-built or rebuilt to customer specifications, deposits cannot be refunded. If customer-supplied parts (cells, BMS, wiring) are found to be unusable, additional charges may apply.
All new custom-built battery packs include a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty covers:
Warranty does not cover: Overcharging, undercharging, use of the wrong charger, water or extreme exposure, physical damage, or customer tampering.
Warranty on rebuilds is limited to workmanship (welds, wiring, assembly) for 30 days. Reused cells, BMS units, and customer-supplied parts are not covered under warranty. Performance and longevity of reused components are not guaranteed.
If a pack fails within the applicable warranty period, it must be returned for inspection. If covered, repair or replacement will be provided at no cost. If failure is due to misuse or reused components, repairs will be offered at a service rate. Out-of-warranty repairs are also available.
The builder reserves the right to refuse rebuild jobs if customer-supplied cells, BMS, or components are unsafe, damaged, or beyond repair.
